Website builder Problem

Have not been able to edit any of my websites built with the new website builder for about a month now. They tell me that it is an ongoing problem with many customers but I can not find any other post with people having this issue, seems to be just my account.

Why does it take over a month to fix a single account? Why can't anybody give me any answers? I've been a customer since 2000 and never experienced anything like this before.

It seems as long as everyone else is happy that my account is no longer important to fix.

Give me some answers or give me my money back that were so quick to take!

I am sorry for the delay. The developers are working on a fix for this issue. It isn't that your account is not important and it isn't just your account. They are working on correcting an issue system wide that happens under a few different conditions. Unfortunately, it does take some time. A credit for a month of service was already placed on your account. I would be happy to discuss this more once the issue is resolved.
