Hey folks, I could use some help, as I'm having a really frustrating time trying to get my domain associations correct.

My main domain is SanDiegoTicketExpert.com. I have another domain, YourTrafficTicketDismissed.com, that I've had redirecting to the SanDiegoTicketExpert.com site for some time.

I finally finished an updated version of the SanDiegoTicketExpert.com site with the new websitebuilder using the placeholder name sandiegoticketexpert.homesteadcloud.com, and published it today. However, no matter what I do, I cannot make both of my domains, SanDiegoTicketExpert.com and YourTrafficTicketDismissed.com, associate with the new website and accessible at the SanDiegoTicketExpert.com domain - one or the other says "page not found" no matter what combination of associations I try.

Even more frustrating is that I keep getting the message "Sorry, you have experienced an unexpected server error. You have experienced an unexpected server error. We are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later." When clicking "save" with the domain association combination I believe is correct, which is having both sites associated with sandiegoticketexpert.homesteadcloud.com, but obviously accessed by users just entering the SanDiegoTicketExpert.com domain.

I've instituted a stopgap measure that allows me to publish the new website under SanDiegoTicketExpert.com (which is my main and most important domain) and made what amounts to a just a dummy website for YourTrafficTicketDismissed.com so that at least something asking users to manually access my primary domain by a link is there, rather than "page not found." This hurts my business, because although YourTrafficTicketDismissed.com is an old domain, I still receive a  fair amount of traffic to this site which until now was automatically redirected to SanDiegoTicketExpert.com.

Any advice or technical support would be much appreciated, because I'm ready to break my keyboard at this point. Thanks

Just a quick update: I contacted chat support this morning to correct this issue, and was told the fix was a redirect of the YourTrafficTicketDismissed.com domain to my primary SanDiegoTicketExpert.com domain. The person I spoke with assured me he/she (I can never tell by the name) had instituted the redirect, and it would process within about 20 minutes. After waiting about 2 hours with no redirect in sight, I again contacted chat support, was told exactly the same thing, and that he/she had initiated the redirect which would be functional (again) within about 20 minutes.

Well, I just checked, and still no redirect. May I ask for some tech support in the good ole' U.S. of A. to help me please? Thanks :)

Hey Drew, sorry to be a pain, but just wondering if there is an update on the redirect? Or how I can do it on my end? Thanks :)

It seems to have propagated now. Give it a try.

Really like what you did with the nav bar and site looking very good.. I had a problem viewing all the pages, pic attached, have you wandered outside the guides by a long way or is it my resolutions ? The screen shot is the left hand side of my screen.

The new builder sites are designed to have only 1 domain associated. We can make additional domains work, but they must be associated differently and have the DNS edited. Please let us know which domain is the primary and which domains are secondary and we can set it up for you.

Is it possible (or more feasible) to have the various domains pointed at different pages of the main site?

The main site is www.canvasworksincmn.com
The others are:
www.snocaps.net
www.encloseyourtrailer.com
www.dogs-up.com
www.mnboatcovers.com

I am pointing them back at my other site right now as there seem to be some issues with the responsiveness of the new site as well. It is not resizing for a smaller computer screen size (i.e. labtop) and is just cutting off the sides of my site without even putting a scroll bar at the bottom.

This is  an example of what I am saying. The partial slide bar you are seeing at the bottom is another program open on the screen and not associated with the page.

And now they will not point back to my old site for whatever reason. I am essentially completely down right now.

A customer contacted me through email and said our links were broken, I found out he was referring to the redirect link that Drew did a week or so ago. It was working fine after completion but now seems to have reverted.? Help?!
