When I type my webpage (www.animalrelieffund.net) into the browser it says it does not exist.  When I go to edit my page it says it has been published to http://hstrial-rguffin.homestead.com/.  Isn't my domain address registered through you guys?  Also, known of my tabs on my page are working.  Just one!  Why are all my pages going to Homesteads home page?

Hi Rachel. You did register the domain with us in 2009, but apparently you transferred it to namejuice.com in 2010. It is currently expired. You will need to contact them to resolve this issue.

No. We have always used Tucows as our domain registrar. Unfortunately, it was so long ago all the notes concerning the transfer have been purged, so I really can't give you any additional information other than the domain is not registered with us and has not been for several years. You can see the current registrar in a whois search. https://who.is/whois/animalrelieffund.net. That is the domain, correct? It is what shows on your account with us.

What is the additional domain fee?

I see. That was because the domain was originally registered with us, and the domain was transferred, but it stayed listed as a registered domain on your account. We can fix that up for you. I noticed that the domain was in redemption. I am not sure what they will charge to give it back, but it there will be an additional fee. I will be able to refund you the domain, but do not want to just yet. The domain price you have is less than normal, so until you find out what they want and decide what to do, I will leave the discounted domain charge, in case you decide to register a domain with us again.
