Webmail not working

When I login to webmail, I get a message that the email module is unavailable because it is down or a network problem.  Please see error details below.

1. 04-21-2017 02:14 PM GMTUnable to establish a connection to the E-Mail server. Possible reasons: the mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. To prevent further errors the module has been disabled. Please contact your administrator. (UI-0000, 0)

Let us know if that works. Most of your domains have been changed to the new Webmail and you should be using it to log in. If it still shows an error, please provide the email address or addresses that are affected.

Thanks kingdomlive! Yes, that link did work.  I was still using the open xchange link and did not know that there was a new link for roundcube.

Drew, I have not seen anything or received any updates regarding switching to roundcube and the status.  What info I have found, I have had to search for.  Homestead really needs to do a better job of notifying users about this.  I recommend a sticky that lets users know about the new email and how to access it via webmail.

Stephen, we did send out an email some time ago, but some people have reported that they did not receive it. I also posted a topic here that was the same content as the email, however, the community software, at this time, does not support sticky topics. I can however, create links at the top of the page very easily, but have to be careful to make sure the most viewed topics are showing there. We have requested an enhancement to this software for creating sticky topics. Hopefully they will implement it in a future release.
