Hello,

Two of my web-page's contents are off by a margin to the right, and not centered; the 'index' and 'ContactUs'. I can't find what the cause is, and help would be appreciated. Thanks! http://www.legionofmarymichigan.org

Usually this happens when there is a code problem. Is it only those 2 pages?

Yes, this problem is only on two web pages, the 'Home' (index) and 'Contact Us' page.  I'm thinking it's something on the backend code.  All the web pages' setting for pixel width are same (1055px) and bulleted for centered page.  Is there any area in SiteBuilder Plus for me to view the entire page code?  How can I get someone to further look into those two pages?  Thanks!

You can go to the page in your browser and see the code using the browser View Source option. If I can't find it today, I'll have a developer look tomorrow. We don't have access to the majority of the code, but each page should be the same.

I glanced at the code and quickly found what could be the potential issue for 'Home' and 'ContactUs' pages:

div.lpxcenterpageinner { position: relative; margin: 0 auto; text-align: left; width: 929px; }

Where the other pages that are centered correctly in the browser, the width for pixel is 1031:

div.lpxcenterpageinner { position: relative; margin: 0 auto; text-align: left; width: 1031px; }

Try making a new page and see if the width matches up, then you can copy/paste the elements from the existing page to the new page

I created a new page and copied all context from another to it.  Did a 'Preview', and again, there is a slight shift in the page's content.  Now I'm thinking the new page may be correctly centered and all the current pages are off-centered by different pixel width.

Is there a an easy fix for for all my web pages?

Not really. A developer may need to do this. It might also help them figure out why there is a difference

Ok then.. moving forward, I'll wait on your response after a developer looks into the pages?

You are welcome to try things, like changing the width and then change it back to see if the pages fix themselves. Or if you prefer, you can wait until I have someone look.

I bumped the pixel width from 1055 to 1080, bullet the option center align and applied it to all pages.  Looks like that did the trick!  Thanks for all your help Drew!!

Great to hear it. I'll still see if I can find why it failed, but at least you got it straight now.
