Hello,

I did see your email DNS records were a bit out of date and was still reflecting an older ip that does sometimes get marked or blocked by spam filters. I have updated those ip address on the records and this should help resolve. Please try to send the email again and let me know if the issue persist.

I was able to send an email from the mailbox without any bounce back. What is another email address you get a bounce back with?

I do see that one received a bounce back also and that email recipient would also need to request to allow communication with your email. For some reason there is something blocking the email from being received.

No problem, sorry it wasn't something we could clear from our end.
