we are not getting emails from one particular customer. How can it be fixed?

not getting emails from the following company:
emails have been going to barbara@wtidi.com & maria@wtidi.com
we checked spam ,etc but nothing is coming through

The IP address those emails are coming from has a reputation for sending a lot of spam. This is why those emails are being rejected from our server. That company will need to work on improving the reputation of their IP address.
