We tried to setup 2 email ids for our website. We are unable to receive any email to either of those emails. However, we are able to send emails using this email ids.

Hello Kathlyn7770

I can see that your domain is not pointing to us, which is why emails are not working. You would either need to point the nameservers back to us (which would stop your website from working) or update the DNS with the company your nameservers are pointing to. The records we need them to input are in this article:

How can we switch our website's nameserver to homestead. Please guide us through the process. We understand that it will take our website down for around 48 hours.

I request you to please provide the parameters that we need to update for the website settings. Also let us know if you can do it for us.

I'll switch the nameservers for you, and our system will update the rest automatically. If the website needs to point somewhere else, you will need to provide us with the records to input to do so.

Thank you so much for the prompt response. Please switch the nameservers as required, so that the website and email both starts working as expected. We do not want to point website anywhere else.

Please let us know once you make the changes to the website settings.

We are not sure how this happened, but we need to have company emails go through the website.  If we update the DNS with the company our nameservers are pointing to, will the website still go down for a period of time?  We don't even know which company this is. Kathlyn

Your nameservers are pointing to : ns1.firstnetimpressions.com and ns2.firstnetimpressions.com. You would need to contact this company and have them input the DNS records from the article I posted above. That option will not affect your website.
