We are experiencing major email problems. There are delays in receiving our emails and one account shows sent emails but no one ever receives them. Also, our email addresses are being rejected by certain servers. Please help.

shirley@recreationalresortcottages.com is sending emails but people are not receiving them.  Some are yahoo accounts; some are not.  She uses windows mail and has a windows 7 operating system.  Last week another email account had problems with outlook but it looks like those got resolved.  All email addresses are being rejected by certain servers because of the homestead server and domain.  I researched it.  Is there a fax number at the Homestead office I can send the trouble report to?

We do not have a fax you would be able to send to but if you copy and paste the bounce back message, I can see why they are getting rejected.

I've been using Homestead since 2005 and keep having eMail download issues.  I have 9 in my outbox and they won't sent.  I went to the Homestead server site and a test eMail won't send and receive.  I wanted to contact someone as I need my eMail for my business and they close at 5 PM.  I'm very dissatisfied with Homestead.

All 3 would not connect yesterday for hours.  Our eMail problems have been going on for years.  It's very frustrating.

This is happening on 4 differnt computers so we know it's your server that is the problem.

There are no issues with the servers at this time. Are you able to log in to webmail? If not, what happens when you try? If so, can you send/receive mail from there?

We are having tons of bounceback problems, even to same ip emails on different providers, but when ip is checked, it is not black listed. Need assistance asap

Can you post a bounceback message? Are they messages you sent, or junk?
