We are aware of incoming/outgoing email delays, error logging into RoundCube 05/08/2019

8:00 AM MST: We have had reports of delays sending and receiving email. Some customers are also receiving errors when trying to login into Roundcube. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will post updates here.

9:00 AM MST: Emails appears to be slowly working, however we are still aware of the delay and working to completely resolve the issue. Some customers may still see errors trying to login with Roundcube or any mail client

10:20 AM MST: All issues regarding emails should be resolved. This includes delays from sending and receive, and also any errors logging into Roundcube.

Outlook keeps popping up asking for password (even though it is checked to save password in setup).  I changed our password on Homestead thinking maybe there was some issue there, but it keeps happening.  Any idea?

I noticed a couple days ago that one and only one of my email accounts kept asking for a password that was saved and not changed. The same is still happening but ever since 10am EST we are no longer sending nor receiving emails. Can yall tell us what has happened to cause this while we wait for the resolution?

I just suddenly received 1 email on 1 of my accounts and nothing else. That happened within the last 10 mins. Dont know if that means anything.

Hello Dennis,

Most emails that were sent to you during this outage should just be delayed. However, some carriers might block rejected emails, so we cannot guarantee that all emails will come through. The majority of emails will be sent, though delayed.
