We have had reports of delays sending and receiving email. These emails are being queued and will arrive once our team has a resolution.
We will update this post when a resolution has been reached.
3:34 PM: Our engineers have found the cause of email delays and a fix is in place. We expect it will take some time to catch up, but the mail queue times are improving.
4:15pm(MST): The incoming queue is just about cleared, so mail should be arriving in a timely fashion. The outgoing queue will still take a bit more time to finish sending, but it continues to improve.
4:50pm(MST): This issue has been resolved.

We are continually seeing delays/errors with outgoing emails. Eventually they seem to go out - we are using Outlook 2016. I am not able to locate any email configuration settings for Outlook 2016 in the help. Can someone post these please.

Your domain is registered with Network Solutions and pointing to Wix name servers. If it is pointing to Homestead, I cannot see the DNS to be able to troubleshoot. You will have to log into your Wix account and check this.

You might be just experiencing delay from the issues we were experiencing, but I cannot tell if that is the only issue.

I am just now experiencing delays with email...tested my account...sent email from personal account and took over an hour homestead email to receive. It took less time for outgoing mail to hit my personal account but it was still delayed.

Hello,
We were experiencing delays, and any emails sent before might still be stuck, but any new emails should go through. Can you please test?

Yes, they will. Nothing is being bounced, there is just a delay with it going through.

I took a look at your DNS, and while it was correct, it was a little outdated. I have set them to the most current records for email and this will likely fix this issue. Please tell me if you continue experiencing delays.
