was hacked last week, fixed that, now my emails wont download at all

Last week I had somebody scam my email address,, nancy@mozaicboutique.com, and Homestead had changed my password to lock that person out. i contacted tech support via phon phone and they helped me reset all my passwords for phone, laptop for all my different emails. Everything was fine, then Saturday morning this the "nancy" email stopped receiving or se any emails!! The other emails i have are fine. but even logging in is hit or miss. this is my business email HELP!

Have you run an full system security scan on the computer to see if there is any malware? Are you using a brand new  password that has never been used before?

i talked to tech support this morn. Apparently my cc on file expired for domain...got that rectified. They told me it may take a few hours for all to get back up and running. All has been working fine since this morning except my 1 email...info@mozaicboutique.com hasnt downloaded anything since friday

During the time the domain was expired, no email would have been delivered. Have you tried sending to that address since you reactivated the domain?
