We created a draft/test website for a new client. Before they decide if they want to transfer their domain and actually have me publish a new website for them in my Homestead account, they want to review the work done so far. Is there a way to show a preview to the client?

Yes, but you do need to publish. The URL will be shown to you when publishing. It will be the same name as on the websites manager page drop down. In your case, I am guessing it is the new Websitebuilder site, so it would be It does have to be on the web to share it though, but it isn't a URL that people will guess. If you want to, in the page settings of each page, you may hide it from search engines, so they don't come across it and index, until you put the domain on it.
