Sorry about all the questions Drew :)

I am struggling a bit with  transition from suite builder to webpage builder.
Anyway-  is there a way to automatically view the webpage after publishing? It was on option on sitebuilder and  I cant find it on new editor.   And I dont want to publish and view the whole site..just the webpage I am working on.

It is a transition for sure, especially for folks that have used Sitebuilder for so long. I don't mind the questions at all. It is what I am here for :)
There is no way to preview after publish, but you can preview before publishing. It does do the whole site, but if you don't leave the page it will seem like the only page. Also at the top of the preview, you can also hit the mobile icon and preview the page on a mobile device.
I am not sure what you mean about the URL from the manage page? What are you trying to do?

I believe I responded to you in another topic, but the data list is a great element, if you can fit into the limitations. If not, then remove it and add a box from the containers. You can make the box any size and add multiple elements to the box. Text elements can be resized as needed, but you want to be care with have a large mount of text on one and not the others, as you will then see big blank spaces on the other ones with less content.
