I have had videos on my site builder website for years and now they do not work when played online.

You may need to reload them. There have been format changes.
Review: INSERTING A VIDEO:
1. Select Insert > You Tube Video > copy and paste the URL into the You Tube Video Settings > Select play options, position and size > save and publish.
2. Select Insert > More > HTML > copy and paste the html code > position and size using HTML Settings > save and publish.
12.14.17: If you're uploading a *.mov file, this requires a Quick Time player to be on your computer to view the file, you can try converting it to another video format file. You can use this guide: https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/can_i_add_an_html5_video_to_my_site.
Have you tried to use the You Tube embed code when using the HTML option?

I recommend adding the video via YouTube.

It looks like you have removed the videos, but themieleman is spot on. Browsers are removing support for media plugins. Best format is mp4. Youtube is good too.

The videos I have used and still use are mp4's?

Ok, so add them according to the suggestions above, or by this topic.

If you still have an issue, which page are the videos on?
