I recently join and was building my web site. After a week of work I published it. I then wanted to change to a different design. In doing so I erased everything that I had done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have 2 suggestions for your platform programmers Beyond the( not too noticeable warning) given before you hit the edit button, Make a back up safety warning ( ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT DO DO THIS) or something like that. In case you missed the first warning. It is a very common thing to have.Your marketers are targeting people like me who are not programmers. How about some safe guards? You claim to have multiple back ups for my data. Where are they? Second; Why when you change design patterns would you erase all of my up loaded files? Changing page design patterns doesn't mean I changed my company. I will need all of the same pictures and text to re populate the new design page. So, why don't you put the uploaded files in there own folder to be drawn from no matter which design I chose>

Hello,

I do apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to change the warning about sites deleting currently. We do not have a time frame as to when this would be implemented, but we are working to change this. I will forward your recommendation about leaving the existing images and files to our engineers.

This is a DIY website program. Read the instructions. Pose your questions to the community. Consider the alternatives. This is how your learn. If this doesn't appeal to you, maybe you'd prefer paying a service to build your site.
