VERIFICATION PROCESS NOT WORKING

I was notified by several users of my website that the new process for entering a verification code is not working. I tried it myself, and it would not work for me. I would prefer not to have this function on my website. Please either make the process work, or revert to previous version.

Check out your Page Settings > advanced page settings > delete the password requirement.

Hello,

When stating the verification process on the site are you referring to the contact form captcha code? If so I did test it on the contact information page and was able to successfully submit in the first attempt. These codes are case sensitive but do work.



Unfortunately, there is not a way to remove the captcha code form the contact form. To avoid having to enter this you can create a custom sb+ form https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/how_do_i_create_a_custom_form or use a html code for a contact form form a third party company such as jotform.
