I was notified by several users of my website that the new process for entering a verification code is not working. I tried it myself, and it would not work for me. I would prefer not to have this function on my website. Please either make the process work, or revert to previous version.

When stating the verification process on the site are you referring to the contact form captcha code? If so I did test it on the contact information page and was able to successfully submit in the first attempt. These codes are case sensitive but do work.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to remove the captcha code form the contact form. To avoid having to enter this you can create a custom sb+ form or use a html code for a contact form form a third party company such as jotform.
