When I try to upload a document from my PC to a link on the web site the document doesn't upload. When I hit the link it opens a window that gives access to all of the docs on my PC. Docs that uploaded months ago are no longer on the site. When I hit the link to pull up the docs that were previously there, I get the same screen that gives access to all my files on my PC.

You're using SB+? Your files are in the File Manager located on the drop down menu under your URL.

Highlite the element you're wanting to link > Select Link from you setting menu > Select "Browse" from the dialog box > Select the file you'd like to upload.

Try clearing your browser and/or restarting the computer. If that doesn't fix it then Tech Support can take a look when they come in tomorrow.
