Hi,
Went in mange my email and updated to 10GB storage for $3 and change to the Suite email because it said its was better for small business. I dont see any change on my email or the 10GB. It still says 500MB. Can you help me?

It shows as applied to your email Christian. You may need to refresh the email manager page and maybe log out of the email box and back in to see it.

Hi,
I updated my email from 500mb to 10GB and email to suite but it still shows 500mb in the email quota. I have reloaded it several times still on change. Help please.

I have reloaded, closed reopened several times and still no change. Email quota still at 500mb. No update to Suite.

You have 1 space upgrade that was applied to the Christian mailbox. If you want it on sales, then set Christian to 500mb and then you should be able to assign the space to sales. If you want both upgraded, you will need another space upgraded.

Hi Drew,
When I applied for it I applied it to Sales not Christian. We don't even use Christian. How can we switch this?

Go to the email manager in your Homestead account. Edit the Christian email and use the drop down box to select 500mb, then edit the sales box and select the upgraded amount.
