You are able to update the billing information from your Homestead account.
To update the card:
1) Log in to the Homestead account, put your mouse over Account in the top left, and choose Billing & Payments.

2) Click the Edit button under Payment Method

3) Fill out the Name On Card, Card Number, Exp. Month, Exp. Year, and Billing Address. Then, click Save.

4) You will see a message that says "Congratulations! Your Billing Information has been updated successfully."

I tried this 5 times and each time the message:- (404 - File or directory not found.The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable).
Came back - You will not be paid unless you have this sorted!!

I am dealing with this issue as well ... tried earlier this week from 2 different computers.
Today received same 404 error message. I have both followed the link in email notification and logged onto Homestead directly. I have re-entered all new card info ... still not able to update my credit card into.
I see this has been going on for at least 4 weeks...any resolution?

I can definitely look into this. What is the First and Last name on the card and the last 4 digits of the card number? Also, is it a Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover?

Ok, I can look into this. When you updated the billing information, did you delete all content and re-type it or did you just change the expiration date? If you just changed the expiration date, please try updating all information. Also, is it a Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover?

I entered the VISA card # in the blank space and changed the exp date. That was it. On multiple occasions, I've gotten this
"404 - File or directory not found.The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
I'm getting emails that my service will be suspended and I don't want that to happen.

Ok, do you have a second card you could try to use temporarily, to see if the system will allow you to update that without the 404 error?

Ok, we were able to get more information on the specific reason for the error. In this case, the card is being declined when trying to update it on your account. You can call and see if an advisor is able to update the card for you, otherwise, I would recommend you call your bank to see if they know why the card is being declined.

Yes - Look at my card details it expires this month and nthe February payment will fail - We had this problem last time - if you own website does not work it does not inspire confidence!
I am located in Spain Europe why should I have to contact you because you do not maintain your own website system - one of the most important parts is to receive payment, why make it difficult?

We do not provide outbound support. If you are unable to call us, I would recommend trying a different browser, deleting all information from the billing, and re-typing the information. We have not seen anyone else getting a 404 error on the billing page, and I cannot replicate this issue, so I would imagine that trying a new browser might help.

The fact that you cannot replicate it is of no consequence - I need to change the card details so you can be paid -
Tell me a simple way I can pay for your services rather than the frustration of talking with my bank who tell me it is not their problem!

Is there another way to correct this?
The current card has expired and this months payment will be unable to be collected.

When you updated the billing information, did you delete all content and re-type it or did you just change the expiration date? If you just changed the expiration date, please try updating all information.
To address your concern about the payment, your account will not close on the 16th if the account is unable to bill. The account will remain open for about 30 days after that.
