Hey LAWRENCE2898
Could you give me a little but more information about what you are asking here? I definitely want to help, I just am not sure what you need. Are you trying to add an album, are you experiencing an issue with an album?

Sitebuilder Plus has the same limitation as the desktop version. Neither were mobile friendly. Unfortunately, the builder you are on is really old and not very compatible with updated browsers and devices these days. We do have a more updated builder, but it would require you rebuild your website completely. If you can, I highly recommend that option. It will create a much nicer looking website, it is mobile friendly and works on all devices. I do see, however, that with your account we can't upgrade to Website Builder without charging you.

So at this point, it is up to you whether you would prefer a free account and deal with the limitations of Sitebuilder, or if you want to upgrade to a plan that charges you, but you are able to use a better builder program.

I understand. Thanks for doing a great job and a perfect explanation.
I will try to work within the limitation using Plus, however thank you for helping me within those limitations with this versions. I am still a neophyte building any web pages so this will be a great way of practicing to make this free site better.
I am happy I have gotten this far with the photo and video elements I have discovered.
It is not only this version that has limitations. Microsoft and Mozilla have stop some featires Plus uses that use to work. I don't have a Mac or IOS device so I don't know what visitors usi g those devices with be able to access, but so far my pc windows explorer is working fine.
Thaks againg for ypur help.

Correct, you can't switch between the desktop version and the Plus version, it will cause your site to break. Once you are in Sitebuilder Plus, that is the one you'll need to use.
