i cannot get my scroll down list to work on my page.. says unsupported elements. How do I get it to work correctly?

What page? I can take a look, but I will bet that it is an old site created with Sitebuilder desktop. Quite a few of those older elements were removed or will no longer function because they rely on things that browsers no longer support. I may be able to offer alternatives if I see what elements are at issue.

I believe it is the Animation factory elements. They need plug ins installed in the browser to function, but browsers no longer support these plug ins.

You might also want to conver the mid audio file to an mp4. Delete the player from the page and add it back by going to Insert, then hover over YouTube and select audio player. This will add the audio as a HTML5 audio player which does not need the plug in
