When I get to the Login screen, I get an error message:

“You'll Need to Sign In Again

We're sorry, but due to inactivity, your Intuit websites session is no longer available. You can sign in to restart.”

I asked someone else how to get past it, but she said it wasn’t caused by Intuit or HomeStead.

That error is usually caused by an intermittent internet connection or sometimes an outdated/unsupported web browser. I can see that you are using IE8. Try updating to at least version 9.0 or try Firefox (current version v.23). If you still have problems let us know.

Happens at the Intuit ID/password screen but not with any other web link and no longer has a cookie. Not a problem - just inconvenient to type in the data every time.

Thanx.

Did you try Firefox or Chrome.  I have often had problems with IE not remembering me as instructed?  Also, it should not matter, but try to login in at http://www.homestead.com.

Thanks

Drew
