How can you undock, move, or close the edit window? I can't see the entire page.

If you are using Plus there isn't a way to undock it, move it. It closes if nothing is highlighted on the page, but opens as soon as you click on an element. So you have to (annoyingly) use the slider at the bottom to move over to the part covered by the editor.

You can also increase your screen resolution, if you aren't at the maximum.
