Undeliverable message yet delivered Hmm

When people try to send me emails at paul@clancysguitarschool.com they receive a message saying the email is undeliverable. I still receive it

I believe it to be luck you are still receiving them. First problem is the email box is full. You need to delete some messages and empty the trash to free some space. The second issue is that the address is set to forward mail to itself. Remove the forward along with deleting messages and your issue will be solved.

Thanks for the quick reply.  I had checked my email and the inbox is totally empty.  Just checked again - I emptied the Trash.  I have looked all over Roundcube and cannot find where to set the forwarding address.   Thanks for your help.

You do not set the forward in the Webmail program. Log in to your Homestead account. Click on the email tab. Then click on manage my email account. Select the domain. Then click the edit button to the right of the email address. The forward is under the Advanced settings.
