Unacceptable Email Outage!!

Why is there a system-wide email failure? A client brought to my attention that she received a failure bounce-back email. The email eventually arrived but she received a bounce-back. When I called intuit/ Homstead, there is no eta of when this will be resolved - just a generic recording. This will hurt my and many other businesses and is really unacceptable when email is such a vital communication tool!

Intuit could at least send a message to our setup email accounts to notify us! To have an issue like this with no communication is ridiculous! I doubt I will be staying with Intuit for much longer with this type of product/customer service!
