Unable to update credit card information

Hi. I updated my credit card info by changing the credit card number (my old credit card had already expired). But after saving the new credit card number, the old credit card number appears again. It seems there is some bug. 
Could you please help manually update my credit card info?

Try to delete your old card before adding new card details. Follow the prompts carefully.

I am having the same problem; I enter new credit card info but when I log back in the expired card is back. Nevertheless, I’m receiving emails saying my info has been updated.
