I have been a homestead user for years and have the email set up on my iPhone. Yesterday, I noticed that I was unable to send emails from my iPhone. I kept getting a message that the smtp server is not responding. Can someone help me?

Hello,

We experienced an error last week regarding the email, but it was resolved on Friday. Some people, iPhone users mostly, are still receiving errors from this issue. From what we can see, it is a caching issue. There are steps I can give you to resolve this if you would like, or I would recommend calling (preferably not from that iPhone) so they can walk you through those steps. 1-800-710-1998
