I set up an email account in Homestead with Roundcube. I'm able to send out emails from Roundcube, however, people are not about to get emails through to me. They are returned with the message: Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. PLEASE Help!

Hello,

Since your name servers are pointing to word press I am not able to see all the email records but the ones that I can see are incorrect. Looks like you just need to add Homesteads email DNS records in the wordpress account. Here are the mx records, make sure they are all added in.

A Records
Host Type-Domain Name -Points To

mx   yourdomain.com   66.96.142.50
mx   yourdomain.com   66.96.142.51
mx   yourdomain.com   66.96.142.52
pop   yourdomain.com   66.96.135.134
imap   yourdomain.com 66.96.135.134
smtp   yourdomain.com 66.96.135.134
mail   yourdomain.com   66.96.135.134
email   yourdomain.com   66.96.135.48
webmail   yourdomain.com   66.96.135.48

 MX Record
Host Type -Points to- Priority

@       mx.yourdomain.com 10

 TXT Record
Host Type Value

@        v=spf1 ip4:38.113.1.0/24 ip4:38.113.20.0/24 ip4:65.254.224.0/19 ?all

Honestly, this is a bit beyond me. I did put most of those you listened in my DNS records on my WordPress site, but I had some problems with the MX Record one.  I might need to get some help.

I understand it can be a bit confusing, the MX record should have 3 available slots when entering the record in the first box it usually displays host name or host type or name. In that field put this sign (@), in the second field enter mx.sharonhock.com with priority 10. Unfortunately I am not familiar with word press' program so I can't give you more specific instructions. Does word press have support that can help enter those records in for you?
