I created e-mail accounts for my domain, but I am only able to send e-mails, I am not receiving any. How can I resolve this?

Hello,

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to troubleshoot why your outgoing email isn't working, because your MX records are pointing to a 3rd party company. I would recommend contacting the company that gave you the securembox.com MX records, so they can help to troubleshoot.

We haven't done business with them in quite some time, I was recovering one old e-mail address to use here, but I guess they never released our domain. Is there a way to switch the mx records over without going through them? I can call them if necessary, but we aren't using their service. We dropped them when we switched to Homestead. Thanks for your help!

I can switch the MX records back to our default, if you are planning on using our email service.

That would be amazing! I have no intention of using another service, it was just something that crossed over a bit when we switched web service providers.Thank you!
