Unable to manage email accounts online?

When trying to "Manage My Email" by clicking the link, it states I have no emails in use? I have 5 in use and have had 5 in use. I am trying to access the management part of this so I can reset a password.

I am sorry. There seems to be an issue with the API between the account and the email system which is making it fail. We are investigating.
