I have 5 websites build with Homestead's old site builder. I have just added a 6th (go-archipelago.com). I've been charged for it and received confirmation. It is not showing up under my Website Manager page. That's problem #1.

#2 I need to use your new website builder, have deleted the old program per instructions, but am unable to finish installing the program. The following messages appear in sequence as I try to work thru the process. Can you help me?

WinZip was able to extract only part of the file
C:\Users\dj\Documents\heppkat.tar because it contains invalid or missing data.

Would you like to keep the partial file

You will first need to add a site for the new domain to connect to. Next change the site association and connect the domain to the new added site. It will then show in the websites manager drop down.

You can still access your current sites by logging in at Homestead.com and using Sitebuilder plus the online version. You do not need to download or install any programs to use this. If you want to eventually move to the newest software WebsiteBuilder, you can add a new site from websites manager and you will need to rebuild in the new software. When you are complete you can attach your domain to the new sites.
