Hello,
The domain is not registered with Homestead, not pointing to our nameservers, or pointing to us via IP address. If this domain is pulling up a Homestead account, it must be directly pointing to the site name. We, unfortunately, have no control over this domain to be able to secure it. I would recommend contacting GoDaddy about this.

Hi there, Beno!
Actually, yes, transferring the domain to Homestead would make securing it easier.
The only note I would want to make is, because I can see their email is pointed to Google MX records, they would need to provide those records to us to update on our end to prevent any downtime.
Transferring would definitely make it easier for us to help them, so I would recommend pointing the domain to Homestead first, so we can get the DNS for their email situated, then we can start the transfer process.
Thank you for that suggestion.
