Trying to update my website and not able to get into it. Has anyone else had issues and if so how did you fix it?

Trying to update / edit my website through Websites manager and when I click the edit button, it doesn't take me anywhere. Just continues to stay at the main page. Please help!!

After reading a few things, now I am even more frustrated! I have a HP laptop with Windows 8. I saw on one of the responses how to change by going into your WiFi settings and clicking on AppEx something or another, well there is no AppEx in the properties. So, now what do I do?

I just saw a note on your account that you contacted Chat support and it was working with another browser. Are you still stuck. There have been some issues with IE10, and you'll find Firefox to work very well, or even Chrome.
