Trying to transfer my domain. It's not accessible in the Domains menu.

Trying to transfer my domain. It's not accessible in the Domains menu. Already contacted Tucows for info and they sent me back here. Emailed customer support 5 days ago with no response.

Oh I'm sorry. We don't have email support, so I'm not sure what address you sent that to, but it wouldn't have gotten to someone at tech support. I can definitely help you though!
What is the domain name that you are trying to transfer?

Ok, so I can see that domain in your account. The only issue I can see is that your account is past due, so it is likely re-directing you to the Account/Billing page. Once the account is current, it would allow you into the Domains tab.
Is the card on file current, or does it need to be updated?

It's automatically billed. It's been updated. Looking at the history, it won't bill my account until the 14th. Which I don't want to pay for because once I get this domain transferred I won't be using Homestead any further.

Well the last payment went through on 11/14, so it is past due on the 12/14 payment. This is the payment we are trying to bill.

I will set the account to active, which will allow you to access the Domains tab and also prompt the account to attempt billing tonight for the December payment. If the payment doesn't go through, the account will go back into the past due status. I do want to warn that if the account closes while the domain is trying to transfer, it will interrupt the transfer and you will have to re-open the account and start over.
Lately, we have seen some customers accounts have trouble billing. The resolution is to update the card on our end, so  I would recommend calling our support so our representative can update the card on file to make sure that billing goes through.

Thank you so much!! I'll get the billing figured out. My bank has been giving me some issues as of late with numerous payments.
