Trying to add CNAME records for email sender authentication (from SendGrid) and received an error message upon submitting: "Please enter a valid host name, which can either be an alpha-numeric string (like "abc123"), or * for your CNAME Records." We have been able to do this on other domain registrars. What do we need to do to add these records?

Hey Jamie5829

If your CNAME has something other than alphanumerics in the host name, you wouldn't be able to. That is what the error message is telling you. It is not something we can do. What host name are you trying to enter?
