Troubleshoot why creating a New Page is not working?

when i try to create a "new page". the system just sits there and doesn't create the page.... I've tried using different browsers, IE, Firefox and Microsoft Edge and get the same results in all three.

Are you using SB+ or Websitebuilder? 
Have you tried an F5 "refresh"? 
You may have exceeded your page limit? You may have exceeded your storage limit? You can expand your storage limit or delete unused files from you file manager. To see your used and remaining storage space, go to homestead.com and log into your account. Click the Account Summary, under My Account. In the page that opens, you'll see your site stats, including the amount of MB used and remaining.

Sitebuilder+ is what I'm using....I'm running windows 10... I have a business account, pages are unlimited and have tons of space left. yep, I F5'd. I've had Homestead almost 20 years, no problems until now.

I understand. These type of work needs to be done by someone with direct access to the files. I have made the request. Unfortunately, I can't say how quickly it will be done.

I'm teaching an online class using facebook groups, NOT my website. Students who thought they were getting a nice deal are very gracious but clearly disappointed. I'm losing money because my website isn't working correctly.
Is there any way to get priority on the fix and get done faster? I have a new class beginning Thursday and people are already asking for refunds, sorry but you're breaking me homestead.

it seems problems started when simplestore was removed about 2 weeks ago, if that helps.

Removing the store would not have caused this. The folder could only be removed from the file manager. I will see what I can do.
