Is anyone else having issues receiving their emails?  The past 2 days I have not received any emails, and I know this because I have tried to submit them to myself and they are never being received in my inbox or spam, folder?? HELP!!!

What is the email address you are having issues with so I can take a look?

Todd H, mine is down too.  Open Exchange. OX. I tried to update my OX account in the controls and Norton flagged it as a "Heuristic Virus" and removed the update file.  I sent an email to my account rjlarsonbooks@gramcoink.com and my (real name) email server sent this notice. This message was created automatically by the mail system (ecelerity).

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

>>> rjlarsonbooks@gramcoink.com (while not connected): 554 5.4.4 [internal] Domain Lookup Failed

Jerry9678, your domain name is under a clientHold. This means that your domain is awaiting verification. Once it has been verified, you should see your emails start working again. Please check out this article that will go into more detail on how to resolve the issue with your domain.

Interesting and frustrating because I updated all of our account's info last year--I had to call Homestead--and yet the Domains page is still showing an email we haven't used in years. Thank you for the information. I've updated the Domains page again. Have a great evening, Todd!

Todd, one last question--sorry. I'm still waiting for that email in order to verify that the site is valid. Does it take up to 24 hours to receive the email from Homestead?

Thanks!

Hopefully we have the problem solved after trying to update using both of our emails with no results. (The Domains page kept reverting back to our old email.)  I unlocked both domains linked to our accounts under the Domains tab, changed the emails again, and then locked down both domains. Had no clue about the Lock/Unlock feature.

Kristin0903, did you also try to update your email system through OX and receive a virus alert?

Our SUBMIT button isn't working either.
We have had 3 clients try to email us this morning (Australian time) and I tried it myself.

What is the page that you are seeing this issue with?

It appears there may be an issue with the forms from Sitebuilder Desktop are not working properly. Developers are looking to fix this issue, but we have seen that if you can open the website in Sitebuilder Plus and delete the submit button, then re add it, it should resolve the issue until the next time you publish from your Sitebuilder Desktop. I do apologize for the inconvenience, but we hope to have a fix implemented soon.
