Trouble accessing new site...

Our new website is built, saved & published...and the domain name is pointed to the correct servers, but we still cannot access the site in a web browser (404 error or a "This page cannot be displayed" error). 

We have other Homestead sites with domains from the same the same third party vendor that point properly, so we are familiar with the process. Can someone take a look or give me a quick hand?  Thanks!

It was trying to connect to the new Website Builder's DNS instead of the Sitebuilder site DNS. I have gotten this adjusted, your site should begin populating shortly.

With the new WebsiteBuilder editor, all new websites are automatically created with WebsiteBuilder's configuration. Since you are still editing with the Desktop builder, you will have to contact support to get this manually adjusted for each new website you create with the old builder.
