I would like to transfer my existing Homestead website to another hosting vendor. How do I do that? Does Homestead have FTP ability?

Homestead does not offer an ability to transfer your website unfortunately. You can archive your image files from your Sitebuilder Plus site if you wish by selecting it in your Website Manager page, click More, then Create Downloadable Archive.
