Is the person someone you know or is nearby? If so, get together and log in. Go to the account link on the top right and you can simply edit the contact information and change the credit card. If this is not possible you can log in and change the contact information and contact me to remove the credit card from the account. With the email address changed to his/hers, I can then email the password change so they can update it and log in.

I see 4 sites on the account, but only 3 have domains. Are those the 3? We can copy Sitebuilder sites to another account, one of them would need to set up a new account. There is a $50 fee to move the site. Unfortunately, new Websitebuilder sites can't be moved, so if that site is important, it needs to stay on this account.

Yes the 3 domains need to be transferred.  I am no longer going to be taking care of these and the people I work for is retiring at the end of the month.  Two of the domains (missourijewelers.org & nesd-jewelers.org) will be taken over by a new executive director. And the other (oklahomajewelers.org) is being taken over by a different person as well.  What is the easiest way for me to transfer these to the respective persons taking over?

Kim2954, I would think the easiest way would be for the person taking over 1 site to create a new account. Then you can create a new private topic here and provide me the new account email and PIN. I can then copy oklahomajewelers.org to the new account. The other can simply change the contact information on the existing account, and if necessary, the billing information.

What are the 2 sites? If we can do it, then the new account will need to be set up. Neither site can be built is Websitebuilder.
