1-17-20 10amPST I'm at 100% (4.9gb used) - can I just move all messages from the largest folder to an Archive and free up some gb's? What's are the steps?

Hello,

Roundcube does not have an archive option but you can download emails and save them onto your computer by selecting the message, clicking more and selecting download. This will save the email as a file onto your computer, however, this will need to be done for each individual email. To archive in bulk, you can set up a pop connection with a third party email client and archive these emails there. A pop connection will remove the emails from our server to clear up space but still be stored in the third party emails server.
