hi owen2520. did you get your issue resolved by downloading the J# setup? i'm wondering if it worked for you because my sitebuilder desktop will not open also.

hi drew n.
sitebuilder opened but now i need the latest version of SB to publish pages. how do i get the update? i see a 'force update' in the dropdown, but it said the action should be taken at the direction of a support specialist. is there another place i can get the update?

You can use that or log in to Homestead.com and go to Websites Manager page, then download from there.

on the Websites Manager, does the update have a specific name? i see 'download sitebuilder'. is this the update?

after downloading J# setup and sitebuilder, i continue to have the same issue of not being able to publish. do you have other suggestions?thanks for your patience. :-)

I don't see much choice but to try a clean install of Sitebuilder. Please follow the steps step by step.
