What email address or is it more than one? Is Outlook set up as POP or IMAP? Did you delete the Outlook account and recreate it? or is it a new account just added to Outlook?

It is cgruer@doctorlarisa.com on this PC (the only one on this unit), but we have been having this issue with lgruer@doctorlarisa.com on other laptops. It is a POP account. No we did not delete, recreate or added anything new. No settings were changed at all. Came out of the blue. Thanks.

Are you able to select and edit your email accounts inside of Outlook?

Yes, but the Account Type selection is grayed out.

Oh, I am reading with Outlook, it is recommended to back up your current email, and then to create a new email account. You can try contacting Outlook if there is any specific instruction, but from what I am seeing, I do not think there is an easy way to do it. What is the version of Outlook you are using?

We are having this issue as well. What are the IMAP settings if you can use POP? Is there a better email program to use than Outlook perhaps?

You can find the settings for both IMAP and POP here. If you are using multiple devices, I would highly recommend using IMAP.
