I have two sites I maintain, both of which are animal welfare oriented. I developed both using templates. After I published both, it was brought to my attention that my use of white text on a dark background could create "readability" issues. There's a lot of info on the web about this so I'm interested to know what others think about the dark text on light background v. light text on dark background debate.

I've since changed one site so I have two looks. One is the white text on a dark green and the other has white boxes over which appears black text.

www.NoKillHuntsville.com

Which is easier to read and what do you know about readability? Just curious.

Hi Aubrie4741,

Sorry for the delay -

I think the paws 4 change site is easier on the eyes and found the color scheme more appealing as well.
