For the first time today but repeatedly a page would fail to load all the images. When I hit refresh I would get a page that said "This site cannot be reached". That would certainly discourage a customer. This is not the first time that Homestead has had a December failure as I remember the denial of service crashes during another holiday season. What is happening? I depend on December sales for the major portion of my income for the year. Don't let me down again. I am currently trying to load

Hello,

That page is loading fine for me, but you do have an enormous amount of content on one page. It is no surprise that this page is having trouble loading, especially since this is typically a busier time of year. My best recommendation would be to break down the content on this page to two or three different pages to lessen the load on the server. People who do not have particularly fast internet or are using wireless connections will have a harder time pulling up pages with this many images.

I too can see your site with no problem. I have pretty good speed so it loaded pretty good on laptop.  It did buffer a bit on the phone. Elyzabeth is right.  That's a WHOLE LOT of images that have to load on one page. If you could break it up it would look seamless, but work for you and your customers better.  The penquins are cute.

This has not been a problem until now so it must be a December thing and inadequate service at this time of year. Not a good time of year for me to overhaul my site and start chopping up the pages! Same problem tonight with Save the Children page. Worked earlier today. Never a problem since 1994 until this Month. Another December surprise from Homestead.

Telling me that my online store will load perfectly during the afternoon but fail only when lots of people are shopping is no solace.
