Guys you need to post the site name, page, what issue you are experiencing and date/time in order for Drew to look at the logs and see if he can spot the problem.

Susan is correct. Please provide the information. You do not need to list all sites, but 1-3 would be good. Please be specific about where you are getting held up. Screen shots would be great if you can. Thank you.

Trying to add a couple pictures to CustomAutosByTim.com. When the site says something to the effect "The local and published versions are different blah blah..." I click on download published copy and I can tell it is asking for/about pictures added literally years ago.....will not download published copy.

Something serious has happened and you all should be fully aware?

We are aware of an issue, but are not seeing these issues when we log on. Your site loaded up for me pretty quickly with no message about the differences. We are trying to track it down.

Well, this along with one of my sites being totally scrambled the other day when I tried to edit has me on edge....

Do you have any ad blockers installed in your browser? or privacy extensions?

Nothing like that at all.....just logged in to edit and all is back to normal.....for now. Walking on egg shells here. Something has been awry for a few days now?

Something has been going on for a few people, but it is exceedingly difficult to find. We'll see how it goes tonight. The engineers are watching.

There are 3 distinctly different symptoms happening. For some, the browsers locks up, for some the starting page stays forever and for some Sitebuilder loads, but the page elements don't display. Please post which symptom you have when trying to edit and the site name and date/time you experienced the issue and the Tech Staff can look at the logs for any oddities. Take screen shots if possible. The more information you provide the better they should be able to track it down.

Switching browers has worked for some.

Chad, do you still see this? I brought up a couple of your sites and they looked good. Can you check and let us know? Also if needed, try switching browsers as Susan suggested

Back to the mess! I am trying to edit CustomAutosByTim.com and get the same nonsense about "The local and published versions are different....." It is asking me to click and download old pictures from years ago ad infinitum. I cant even take a screen shot or cut and paste what is going on!

I am not sure, but when you see that message, there is a checkbox to do for all items. I would suggest checking the box and download the published. It might take some time, depending on how many files it is, but it should resolve the issue.

I have ran into the "Local and published versions are different...." many times in the past and it was a one click fix. Logged out today and stayed away for a few hours and all is normal once again.....for now...............hope all stays that way.
