I have 2 websites on the old SiteBuilder platform and would like to update them to the new Websitebuilder platform. Is there a way to do that without deleting the old site first? I would like to keep the old site active while I create the new site and then transfer the domain to the new site once its complete. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Log in to your account and in the upper right click on the Add A New Site option. This opens a window and asks you to choose a name for the site. This can be anything as once you are done you can switch it over to the existing domain. Once you've chosen a name you'll be asked to choose a template. There are no blanks so if you prefer to start from scratch simply pick a template and delete all the elements and you'll have a blank canvas.

Your old sites remain active until you decide to transfer the domains to them.

I am attempting to duplicate an existing, very basic website created long ago with old SiteBuilder for desktops.  If new SiteBuilder for mobile has a simple command for importing elements from my current site, it is too well hidden for me to find it.  Copy and Paste, which I was told would work, totally fails.  Instructions and videos have been no help.

Being non-technical I find the new SiteBuilder totally confusing.  Elements I try to delete in order to reach the desired blank page, refuse to stay deleted, even when the blank page is saved.  (There was a server error message.)

If I could just get started properly, with a blank page and importing, my modest goals might be achievable.

Unfortunately, there is no import. The programs were far too difficult to allow for a conversion of any kind. Let me know the elements you are having trouble deleting. It should go pretty easily. The sections can also be deleted and new blank ones added.
