That Was It! When the accounts were migrated to roundcube the 'pw' requirements were changed. None of the old 'pws' worked from my end anymore. That should be one of the first things checked when this problem arises again.
The pws were outdated, preventing me from adding the accounts to my new OL365 accounts lists.

Elyzabeth;
Sorry Darlin', I thought I was out of your hair for Good.
Since the "Achaia" email account is Still Giving Me Horrors, I want to see if there is a way to sever both 'Achaia' email accounts from -MyHosting- all together. So, if it can be changed to ...@achaia.org, and be carried exclusively by homestead, let me know how I can do it. We need to be done with this. Or we simply send out notices that we're moving to ...@achaia.org in so many days...
I understand that the primary name for the achaia-mbc.org website may need to be changed to achaia.com as well and that it may require additional charges to be carried by homestead.

I am not seeing achaia.org or achaia.com on this account, do you have those domains registered elsewhere?
What trouble is that email giving you still?

In trying to get the migrated achaia-mbc.org account to show up, I added all of the 'achaia'  sub-domains that you see in the domains list. What I meant is I need to start from scratch on the entire 'achaia' fiasco and have homestead Host the ACHAIA website. I don't know if I can simply use the migrated name and avoid any controversy with 'my-hosting' since the name originated there. In giving you those two names, I was saying if I needed to change to either of those names to avoid that conflict, it would not be a problem.
Better yet, If you don't mind, I want to delete all the achaia sub-domains, build a free-standing "achaiamissions.org" website with a 'pastor@achaiamissions.org' email & a 'mrs.rita@achaiamissions.org' email and replace the two Achaia email accounts that are Still Giving Us Horrors.
What horrors? For some reason, no matter how many times we install the certificates Outlook 365 says we need, they Won't install. We have to 'click yes' every time we open OL365 for send/receive to work upon opening the program. When we send, we have to 'click yes' on a certificate before it will send the email.
When we change the settings from mail&stmp.achaia-mbc.org to mail&stmp.homestead.com it finds a problem. We go back to try again and it has reverted back to mail&stmp.achaia-mbc.org.
However, there is a silver lining...
The new email addresses will purge a host of parasitic emailers.
And I pray you don't pull all of your hair out while trying to help me.

Ah, I understand. achaia-mbc.org was transferred to us 3 years ago, so it has no connection to my-hosting, you can disregard them concerning this domain. There is no connection anymore.
If you would like to delete any domain or email, or create emails under a new domain, that is entirely possible and your choice, but I doubt it would fix the issue you are having with the Outlook program. You can always check your email through Roundcube in the meantime, while getting that program to work. One thing that probably needs to be corrected, you keep saying you are changing the settings to mail&smtp.homestead.com. First, it can be  .achaia-mbc.org or .homestead.com. Either way will work, but it shouldn't be "mail." It will either be imap.homestead.com or pop.homestead.com, the smtp part is correct. It depends on whether you are setting it up via POP or IMAP, but I'll give the link to the settings below:

https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/how_do_i_setup_an_email_client_to_check_my_homestea...

so you can either try and use those settings to get your current email working, or you can create the new ones. Whichever way you prefer. You can always call to have someone talk you through the settings if you would like.

Another "That's It!" moment...
Our travel laptop came with Win10/OL2016. We had no problems setting up the achaia-mbc.org accounts with the new Roundcube parameters after downloading Office 365.
The other two computers came with Win8.1/OL2010 [OutLook maybe even earlier].
They were both updated to Win10/OL13 then updated again to OL16.
They, OL13 & OL16, somehow mangled the Office 365 download.
As you know, nothing worked. I deleted both email accounts from both computers and closed deleted OL2016 from the wife's computer. I Downloaded Office 365 on both (again) and added a new mrs.rita@ account to the OL365. I didn't have to delete OL2016 from my computer, I just had to add a new pastor@ email account.
It is safe to say that they both work fine now.
Mrs Rita told me that she had almost 600 emails going back to 2015 once they were all downloaded to the newly added email account.
I simply cannot thank you enough, though I wish I could, for the way you've hung in there with me. I hope I didn't cause any bald spots!
Thank you So very much!
End of Line...
