System response time is unacceptable

System is so slow that it sometimes timeout before it gets a response.  It has been like that for at least a week.

I apologize to hear this, I can definitely look into it. Does this happen when you are working on a particular website?

Thanks for your reply.  I work on www.curlingvg.ca most of the time.  This morning everything is back to normal with an acceptable response time.  I still have this issue with the popup window at login time asking me if I want to start from the saved point or the point of the last changes.  I took the time to load all pages one by one and saving them individually.  The window still pops up.  I suggest that you check into that and tell me what I shall do to get rid of this annoying window.  Thanks
ps - The connection time total this morning was 30 seconds.

Perfect. For that pop up window, unfortunately I do not have a way to remove that feature as it is there if it detects any changes that may have not been saved. The quickest way to get rid of that when it comes up is to check mark the box that says apply to all my choices.

May I report that this pop up window feature is not doing what it is supposed to do and therefore i report it as a problem with Sitebuilder Plus.  You say that it detects any changes that may have not been saved. My test showed that it pops up for another unknown reason.   As I said before I took the time to launch and resave every single page of my website.  I then logoff and went back in to login.  The popup window came back again an it keeps coming back. Can you please investigate. 
Secondly, there is no box that comes up to check mark to apply to all my choices.  There is such a box in the popup window that says that it detected different versions of pages between the local and server versions.  That popup window is another window that comes up once and a while for no explanable reason.  Thank you!  Have a good day! I am not asking that you remove that window.  I am asking you to report it that it is not working correctly.  I repeat again.  I saved each individual page one by one before logging off and that friggin window poped up again.  Why can't it tell me what page it detected that was not saved.  Logging in without that window would be much less irritating.  You don't seem to understand my point here.  Could it be that some files were not published from file manager?  I have lots of unpublished files.

I just modified a page and saved it. It took a minimum of 2 minutes for the saving.  As far as publishing is concerned.  I have tried twice and still unsuccessful.  Everytime the page dissappeared and came back after 5 minutes.  The response has been erratic for the past two weeks.  Everytime I go into Sitebuilder Plus, it is an adventure and I have wasted an inimaginable amount of time just doing simple things.  And never and I mean never I have received positive response from your support team to all of my problems.

I can get it reported, I do apologize, I would recommend publishing the pages from the file manager.
